Once more we felt comfortable and in a good location, at the border of town. The friendliness was above expectations in a good Hotel. We liked the restaurant Marcus, location and Food, even the wine list is better than expected. The location is just at the border of town and right on the water. The pool area with regular pool and infinity pool is very nice.

the staff, especially Niki and John at the front desk, were very helpful and accommodating. the hotel had recently been remodeled and the beach club was particularly nice. the location was also convenient, with easy access to waterfront activities and shopping. I enjoyed the breakfast options, which included both hot and cold items. a great stay at Fairmont Hamilton.

The service at this hotel was always spectacular. the staff was warm and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We particularly appreciated the help we received from Niki, who went out of her way to assist us with an issue. the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, providing a perfect backdrop for our city break. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and all it had to offer.

There were some areas where the hotel fell short. the front desk service was lacking, and we experienced delays with our check-in.

As young travelers, we absolutely loved the modern facilities and the option to take the complimentary shuttle to the hotel's beaches. The staff were amazingly friendly and the location was great. The small marina inlet view from our ground floor terrace was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom in our room was incredible and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. The pool area, with both a regular pool and an infinity pool, was a highlight. The range of bars and restaurants to choose from, along with the impressive art throughout the halls, added to the overall appeal.

We felt so well taken care of during our stay, and have no complaints at all.

The hotel amenities are well-stocked with beach toys and chairs. The staff is friendly, especially the doormen. The modern art throughout the lobby and grounds is amazing. The pool areas, including an infinity pool, are lovely. The restaurant, Marcus, offers great food and wine.

The restaurant, bars, pool, and beach club were sensational. the property common areas are chic and beautiful and the outdoor common areas in particular are inviting, clean, and peaceful. The beach club is a must-visit with excellent food and drinks, a gorgeous vista, and various beach toys to enjoy. Being in the city allows for easy access to other restaurants, bars, and shopping. The onsite Exhale spa offers great amenities, and the poolside yoga is highly recommended. The staff, especially the doormen, are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and always available to help with a smile. The rooms were modern, clean, and had a very comfortable bed with nice linens. The hotel had two pools, one slightly warmer than the other, and a great gym. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ferries and bus depot, and there was always a taxi available if needed. The private beach club was amazing, with a shuttle to take you there and back. the hotel provided great amenities and a convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown with shops and restaurants, ferry, and bus terminal. the spacious junior suite had a nice view of the harbor. the on, site restaurants offered beautiful water views, good food, and child, friendly service.

The rooms are older and may not meet the expectations of travelers used to higher, end destinations. the hotel has multiple buildings, so there's no guarantee of where your room will be located.
