The location is perfect, with direct access to the Mediterranean sea and within walking distance to the center of the village and the main beach of Giardini Naxos. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool and a stunning view of the coast. The cleanliness of the hotel was also exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel's location on the seafront was perfect, allowing me to enjoy stunning sea views from my room and the convenience of a private beach. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, although vegans and vegetarians may need to inquire about suitable choices. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds ensured a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel's quiet location provided peace and tranquility while still being within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel like we were with family. the room we were given had a stunning view of the water and Mt Etna, which was absolutely breathtaking. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to the beach and restaurants along the boardwalk. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and walking along the boardwalk at night.

There were a couple of downsides. the hotel could definitely use some maintenance and sprucing up, as the outside appearance was neglected.
