I stayed at Novotel for two nights with my family and we had a great time. The staff was excellent, and my kids loved the pool. We had to cancel our last night due to a flight cancellation, but the hotel refunded without any hassle. The front office support was impressive, allowing us to check in early at 9:00 am for a small fee. The breakfast provided a good variety of food, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and pleasant. a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and great facilities.

I had a great experience at Novotel. the bedroom was comfortable and the parking was plentiful. the convenience of being able to buy bus and vaporetto tickets at the reception was a plus. the staff at the front desk and the cleaners were very helpful and provided great service. the pool was perfect for families, with a nice cool temperature. the location near Marco Polo airport was exactly what we needed. the room, bed, and shower were clean and comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is great, with easy access to Marco Polo airport, just a short taxi ride away. The nearby mall and Auchan shopping centre were also convenient for any shopping needs. Plus, getting to Venice's attractions was a breeze with the bus stop within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and informative, making my stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast was simply delicious, with a variety of tasty options to start the day!

the rooms were clean and had a basic coffee/tea station. the hotel staff was helpful and arranged two rooms next to each other for us. I was pleased with the parking facilities as well. After check-out, we were able to leave our bags without any extra fees. the swimming pool and surroundings were enjoyable, and my kids had a lot of fun after the long drive. the main bed in the room was comfortable, and the room size was better than most in this style. the express breakfast was excellent, with delicious food served quickly by a friendly staff.

The helpful 24-hour reception staff provided jaw-dropping assistance and luggage storage. The seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and game room were fantastic amenities. The nearby bus stop made travel to Venice a breeze. Plus, the ample parking and proximity to a Lidl were incredibly convenient.
