One small improvement for the breakfast items could be providing a mini-bar inventory so guests can easily check if everything is available at the start of their meal.

I also appreciated the fluffy robes and the excellent shower with nice toiletries. The hotel had a warm and cozy atmosphere and the WiFi was robust. The free chocolates and champagne were a nice surprise when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel location was great, close to the tube station and within walking distance of some amazing restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there was good air con in the room that kept us cool during the hot weather.

The noise from other rooms and corridors was a real problem. We could hear people talking and walking around late at night, which disrupted our sleep.
