We were thrilled with our stay at Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa - Lhw. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with elegant touches and comfortable furnishings. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the spa, which was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere and the range of amenities, including a jacuzzi whirlpool and sauna. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was absolutely beautiful and had a lovely terrace. Everything was immaculately clean and the staff were incredibly attentive. They had an excellent cocktail list and the food at their restaurant was wonderful. I also appreciated the peacefulness of the garden after a busy day exploring the city. The overall experience was perfect and I definitely plan on returning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the fashion district and close to many popular sights. The room was beautiful, with a spacious layout, a balcony, and a huge bathroom equipped with luxurious Clarins products. The free wifi worked perfectly, and I loved the fact that I had free access to the beautiful spa, where I could enjoy complimentary quality tea, apples, and dry fruits. The hotel staff were lovely and always ready to assist me. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, ensuring that I had a great night's sleep.

The attention to detail at this beautiful hotel is outstanding. We stayed in a deluxe suite and were blown away by the classic design and modern conveniences. The rooms offer lovely green views and the housekeeping is superb. The bar and restaurant are elegant and the spa is terrific. I highly recommend this hotel for its refined excellence.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to shopping, restaurants, and the famous Cathedral. It's nice to be away from the really touristy area but still easy to walk to the center. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located to Lunate airport, making it convenient for travelers. One reviewer mentioned the concierge taking them to a shabby basic restaurant, which obviously the concierge knew personally. This shows the staff's knowledge of the area and their willingness to go above and beyond for their guests.
