The room service at this hotel is excellent — always fresh towels and toiletries topped up daily. the housekeeping staff are efficient and keep the rooms spotless. the welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch, and the pet amenities available made us wish we had brought our furry friends along. the staff were not only friendly but incredibly helpful, ensuring we had a seamless stay from check-in to check-out. the bar/lounge area is inviting with a great selection of drinks, and breakfast was a gastronomic delight with an array of choices to suit every palate.

One area for improvement could be to have a bit more staff on hand, as it was sometimes challenging to locate someone for assistance. ensuring that orders are taken accurately and promptly might enhance the dining experience.

I can't fault this hotel! The room was great, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing lounge that had a marvelous view over the bay. The atmosphere was just right, thanks to the good choice of background music. The decor was quirky and interesting, adding a unique touch to the whole experience. The location was spot on, being right next to the beach. The staff, especially Emily, were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Just returned from a weekend at a beautifully decorated hotel in St Mawes. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with stunning views across the estuary. the local crab and prawn, tomato and fennel soup were mouthwatering. A perfect end to our weekend away, we will definitely be returning.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot to enjoy the stunning beauty of the nearby church. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff were very attentive and accommodating when it came to our needs. Moreover, the food was delicious and mouth-watering.

There was no fridge in the room that made storing our snacks and medicines a bit difficult. Also, the lack of dedicated parking was a bit of a hassle.
