The breakfast buffet was a highlight, especially those luscious fruit preserves that took my mornings to another level. The staff were a true delight, making every interaction feel special, and the pool was a serene escape from the bustling city outside.

On the flip side, the A/C was out of order in my room, leaving it pretty toasty for days. After a few times mentioning it, I had to push to get moved, and the room service didn’t match the five-star expectations either.

From the moment we arrived, we felt special. The breakfast was a standout—think fresh pastries served alongside delightful gluten-free options. The outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape after sightseeing, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

While our room was beautifully decorated, it could have been larger for comfort, especially since we spent most of our time out. Also, the pillows were quite firm, which may not suit everyone’s preference.

The hotel's proximity to the expansive park made our trekking adventures so convenient, allowing us easy access to scenic trails. Comfortable rooms with lovely balconies offered us great views and a cozy spot to relax after our excursions with friends.

Some staff interactions felt a bit off, which added a slight awkwardness to our stay.

Ciro at the reception was one of the best managers I've ever dealt with, he went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect for our stay. The spa was unbelievable! we indulged in everything from jacuzzi sessions to the meditation room, it was so relaxing, you feel totally detached from reality.

It wasn’t cheap, but given the level of service and amenities, I'd say it was acceptable.

My wife says that the pool could be better organized for families. A shuttle bus to the metro would help a lot when it's hot outside!

The spa is truly exceptional, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated each day! I adored having breakfast by the pool with a splendid selection, including gluten-free options and even prosecco! The outdoor pool area was such a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after exploring Rome's bustling streets.

the parco dei principi grand hotel & spa is a luxurious retreat overlooking the beautiful borghese gardens, featuring an excellent spa and friendly staff who went above and beyond (like my personal concierge! ). the breakfast had a decent selection, although room service is a bit pricey.

the wi-fi was inconsistent at times.
