the holiday inn express had an exceptional breakfast spread, with a delightful variety of pastries and the pancake machine was surprisingly good. the garden area was beautiful, featuring a koi pond and lovely waterfalls where one could relax outside. also, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating , making the stay even more enjoyable.

I almost had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express, yet was disappointed that my request for a top-floor room was ignored once again. The AC unit was unbearably noisy, preventing any real comfort. Truly a letdown.

Immaculate rooms with comfortable beds and great pillows.

Unfortunately, I encountered a frustrating billing issue regarding a long-distance call I was told would be free. After checking out, I was shocked to find a charge of over $11.00 on my bill for this call. Additionally, despite my requests for a top-floor room, I was given a lower floor, and the noise from the AC unit in my room made my stay less enjoyable.

This was a nice place in a good area. Breakfast was included, which is a plus. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds have beautiful seating areas with fountains and a pond. Popcorn and cookies in the evening were a nice touch!

The hotel is very conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

I faced a frustrating issue during check-out when I discovered an unexpected charge for a long distance call I never made. The front desk assured me it would be free, yet I ended up paying over $11.00. Additionally, my request for a top-floor room was ignored again, and to top it off, the AC unit in my room made a loud noise, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Recommend it for families needing comfort

The staff really went out of their way to help us. I remember how Lydia personally made sure we had a room ready even though they were supposedly full, and I appreciated that extra care in such a sad time for my family.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but honestly, the service made it worth it.
