I recently stayed at a Holiday Inn Express and was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and special amenities. The hotel had a beautiful patio area with a pond and waterfalls, creating a serene atmosphere. They offered treats like popcorn, freshly baked cookies, soup, and even ice cream. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large refrigerator that had a freezer compartment, allowing me to store groceries for the week. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers in the shower were a nice touch, and the water pressure and temperature were great. The friendly staff, especially Tracey and Robin, greeted me with a smile every evening and provided excellent dinner recommendations. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return if I'm in the area.

While my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The handicap accessible bathroom had a sprayer that sprayed in a different direction when pulled all the way down, which caused the floor to get wet.

We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to a King Suite, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a restful and enjoyable stay.
