Our stay at this lovely hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic vacation. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and charming. We particularly enjoyed the two pools, one in the front and one in the backyard, as well as the option to have breakfast in either area of the mansion. The location is perfect, allowing for easy walks to the city center of Desenzano and access to nearby beach clubs. The refurbished rooms were also very nice, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and always went above and beyond to assist me. The location, surrounded by a stunning green garden, was absolutely beautiful and provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered car hire and laundry services, making it incredibly convenient. The welcome drink upon arrival was a lovely touch, and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the staff made exploring the area a breeze. the service I received here was absolutely fantastic!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Helpful and available staff. Good breakfast and efficient waiting staff. Well-kept grounds with plenty of sun beds. Excellent roof terrace with large sun loungers and hot tub. Nice style and ambience, suited for mature couples. Great location for exploring nearby cities. Safe and free underground parking.

During our Easter break, the hotel had a wonderful breakfast selection with fresh fruits and baked pastries. The pools were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the local area.

Our room faced a busy and noisy street which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. housekeeping did not properly restock our bathroom supplies for the entirety of our stay.

The hotel had two pools, which was great for cooling off on hot days. The location was also convenient, with a short walk to the town center and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay.

The room we stayed in was a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The shower/bath was not very comfortable to use, with a poorly working shower head and an odd-shaped corner tub.
