The kitchen facilities could use an upgrade!!! Difficulties with Wi-Fi connectivity were frustrating!!! I was disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding parking and potential fees!!! The noise from common areas could be unbearable!!! The temperature control system needs serious improvement!!!

the whole experience was harrowing frankly. i entered my room, only to realize it lacked coziness, absolutely no carpet, and what’s a room without warmth? it's cold as ice. don’t even get me started on the broken kitchen furniture, you'd think with such a great location, some comfort woudl ve been provided. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. First, the floors in my room were not properly cleaned, making it feel unwelcoming. On top of that, I found the staff to be less than helpful when I needed assistance. my requests for basic items seemed to annoy them. It really overshadowed the potential of what could have been a pleasant stay.

Chur, the staff were choice and heaps helpful, but the room key was a pain to use. Still, spotless digs!

This place is a lekker gem! The huge room was fresh and comfy. I loved having my morning coffee from the coffeemaker before heading out. Close to the tram, so getting around was easy, ja! Even found a great little pizzeria close by for dinner.

Only downside was the noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad, ya know?

Had an awesome time with my friends! We loved the spacious room and the nice terrace. It was super close to the tram, making it easy to visit places like the Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. Definitely recommend having breakfast at the nearby café!

Check-in was a bit tricky at night since no one was at the front desk. We had to figure out how to get our keys from the lockbox. Just plan ahead!

stayed at popartment for a week and it was such a chill time. the place was really clean and the staff was super nice and helpful, gave us good tips on where to eat. loved that it was close to the tram stop, made getting around florence easy peasy. also, the room had a cute lil balcony, perfect for chillin after a long day. definitely gonna recommend this place to friends!
