Great location near public transportation and convenient for exploring the city during Christmas. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and a lovely breakfast hall with a view.

The room was outdated and in need of some upgrades. There was some noise from other guests and the room was not well soundproofed.

Perfect location by the beautiful canal, clean and comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. We were also impressed with the attentive service when we asked for a fan to cool down the room at night. we had a lovely stay at Principe.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station and right in front of the water bus stop. It was also conveniently close to the parkings in this city. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful room that had a Grand Canal view. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern bathroom. The staff were amazing, providing excellent service and even helping us with printing our train tickets and supplying us with packing tape. We also enjoyed the delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant, Sivoli, with its waterfront seating and live music. The breakfast had a good selection too. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely book again.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the train station and Vaporetto stop. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and also to travel around with our heavy luggage. Additionally, we had a lovely view of the canal from our balcony, which added to the charm of our stay.

We found the reception staff to be a bit unfriendly and difficult to understand at times. As an older couple, we felt like we were dismissed quickly compared to the attention given to younger guests.
