Location is super close to the mosque. Spacious room. loved the scent at reception.

Felt that it is secure, no reason to complain.

I faced numerous issues with the staff's attentiveness. Despite repeated requests for an additional bed, they failed to deliver until my checkout. Additionally, when I asked for assistance with my luggage, I had to wait over 30 minutes without any help, ultimately carrying my bags myself. It was incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of service during my stay.

Had a fantastic stay with friends. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the mosque. Staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the front office team who were always ready to help. The nearby supermarket was great for snacks, and there were plenty of dining options just a few minutes away.

While everything else was smooth, we did encounter a wait at check-in. Our room wasn’t ready until after 3 PM, which affected our plans a bit. Just be prepared for that possibility if you arrive early.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel at home, accommodating our early check-in and assigning us spacious rooms right by each other. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with a variety of options that energized us for our days in Medina.

While our overall experience was fantastic, I found the breakfast options could be limited for those looking for more international flavors. A few improvements could be made to enhance guest options.

firstly, not having plug points for USA chargers is baffling!!! The toilet seat is annoying, constantly moving around. Housekeeping can be hit or miss, and the noise from the bathroom door is maddening!!! There should be more attention to detail around the common areas too!!!

So, we stayed there for 5 nights and I gotta say, the location is killer, just a few minutes walk to the mosque which was super convenient for prayers. My family was thrilled when the manager upgraded us to a suite, they really made us feel like VIPs! Abdullah from room service, man, he was a lifesaver—whatever we needed, he was right there , even to clean up after our showers were flooding the bathroom a lil bit.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for the convenience and overall experience, it was worth it.

I arrived after my trip and my room was not ready. I waited longer when I was told it would be ready. The room was a family connecting room but more like two small rooms. The amenities were not practical, and the breakfast options were lacking. The staff seemed indifferent unless tipped. The location near the mosque was the only bright spot. This experience was disappointing overall.
