I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a cheer competition and it was great! The location was perfect and there was a lot to do nearby. The staff was incredibly pleasant and made me feel like they knew me. I absolutely loved the decor in the main lobby and the front desk staff were so welcoming. I must give a special shoutout to Ms Patricia from housekeeping who went above and beyond to help fix a room error. She is the sweetest person ever!

The hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions such as the basketball hall of fame, MGM, Holyoke Mall, and Downtown Hartford. The breakfast provided was excellent and had options suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome, providing a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

We felt immediately at home and had no complaints during our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to The Basketball Hall of Fame, which was a major highlight for me. Additionally, having UNO Chicago Restaurant connected to the hotel was a great convenience for grabbing a quick bite to eat.

First, the noise from the highway and parking lot was extremely bothersome, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the room design was a bit flawed, with curtains that didn't fully block out the outside light, resulting in a constant glow throughout the night.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, it is in a good area, and although there are some trains passing by at night, the room was very quiet. I really appreciated the excellent service, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee, and a mini-bar. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa & wellness center.

We were delighted to find ourselves with a stunning view of the 4th of July fireworks right from our room! It was a perfect end to our day of exploring New England. The hotel was clean and well-managed, and we didn't even have to move our car as the Basketball Hall of Fame was within walking distance. we had a great experience at Hilton Garden Inn Springfield.

The hotel was clean and the staff was great. We loved having Unos delivered directly to our room to avoid restaurant wait times. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was near the Basketball Hall of Fame and the new casino. Also, the hotel is conveniently close to a truck stop.
