The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The hotel had a great location for exploring Santa Rosa, Armstrong Redwoods, Jenner, Bodega Bay, and San Francisco.

The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. I greatly appreciated the champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. the wine tasting provided was a very nice treat.

Traveling alone with my daughter, safety was my top priority, and the location of this hotel provided a sense of security. The room was comfortable, with a firm yet cozy bed. The restaurant service was good, aside from a slight delay in delivering a cocktail. Despite a reservation hiccup, the hotel quickly resolved the issue by accommodating us at the nearby Hyatt for one night, which they paid for. The warm cookies at check-in were a delightful touch, and the spacious rooms, friendly staff, efficient breakfast system, and quality coffee and tea added to our enjoyable stay.
