The staff at the front desk were always helpful, arranging private taxi during a strike. Spacious room with comfy beds. Great location for exploring the city. Lovely garden for breakfast. Recommended private electric car tour of the sights. Dining with white linen service. Quiet location outside of the central tourist area.

I was exhausted from my overseas trip with my two young children, and the suite room at the hotel was absolutely amazing. It had two rooms, two bathrooms, and a huge space for us to relax and unwind. The small terrace overlooking the park was simply gorgeous. Fabio, the staff member, was so helpful and recommended great shoe shops and gelato places for us to visit. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel, even in the busy summer. Thank you, Hotel Regency - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World, for making our one-night stay feel like a longer vacation! I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful amenities and excellent service.

I stayed for five nights for a romantic getaway. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of cleaning the rooms in the morning and evening. I loved coming back to find candy and slippers by my bedside. The front desk staff was friendly and provided great recommendations for restaurants and Gelato places. The restaurant staff was also very attentive during breakfast. I would definitely return to this wonderful hotel.

A hidden gem! The Hotel Regency, part of the Small Luxury Hotels Of The World collection, exceeded all expectations. The location was perfect - just a short walk from major attractions and delicious restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was delightful, far better than other luxury hotels I've stayed at in Italy. The concierge deserves a special mention for their exceptional service - they made everything effortless. I only wish the standard rooms had tea and coffee making facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay in Florence.

I recently stayed at a superb hotel in Florence for a few days. The staff were incredibly helpful, even assisting with getting tickets for attractions and recommending excellent restaurants. The hotel has a lovely terrace overlooking a leafy park, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals. I felt truly at home during my stay and will definitely be returning.

The rooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable bedding and sparkling clean. the hotel had a lovely courtyard where we could dine and enjoy the ambiance. the staff provided top-notch service, making us feel right at home.

There weren't many restaurants or night spots in the area, so finding dining options was a bit limited. the bathroom could be more functional, as there was no place to put toiletries near the sink and the shower/tub was quite high to step into.

Staff were extremely helpful and always available to fix any problem. Manager gave great advice on where to go and eat. Close walk to the main center of the city, with lots of history along the way. Also, the hotel had a lovely outdoor patio where we enjoyed beverages.

The rooms were somewhat tired and could use some updating. Sound insulation was not great, so noise from outside could be heard.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Florence and had a great Easter experience. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the location was perfect, offering easy access to the main attractions and a peaceful atmosphere away from the tourist crowds. One of the best aspects was the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel right at home.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the bathroom was a bit slippery and could have used some safety measures to prevent accidents.
