The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and only a short walk from the city center. The room had a slight moldy smell coming from the shower, which was unsuccessfully masked with spray.

The hotel's location is excellent, with attractions close to the center and within easy reach. The staff is always willing to help and provides excellent service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a stocked fridge and good Wi-Fi.

The room size is quite small, and there are issues with locking the door from the inside.

The location can't be beaten! Right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and on a bustling street. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with black out curtains and a robust AC. The noise dampening windows were a nice touch as well. Plus, having a small balcony was an added bonus. And let's not forget about the tea kettle - it was a lifesaver for those early morning caffeine cravings!

There were a few downsides to my stay. The building itself was a bit old and rusty, not quite living up to the luxury title.

Loved the "free" WiFi that kept disconnecting every 2 minutes, and the "helpful" staff who gave me wrong directions every time. Great terrace for watching pigeon fights.

The daily room cleaning and 24-hour concierge service made our stay even more convenient. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.

The staff at the reception were so helpful with their "practical advice" - like, I really needed advice on how to walk around Rome. And wow, the hotel had free WiFi! How unique!

Just loved how the elevator conveniently stopped working when it rained. Nothing like climbing stairs with my luggage.
