Had a fantastic Xmas at this hotel! the outstanding cleanliness and brilliant breakfast were definitely the highlights. They had a wide variety of hot and cold options that catered to everyone's taste. the hotel is located in a lovely area, with a cinema, bar, and parks nearby. It's also just a short walk from the train station and the town center, making it very convenient.

the parking fee of £12.50 a day was quite steep, especially considering that it wasn't even included in the room cost. I had to walk quite a distance from the nearest car park on the first night and think it should have been automatically provided for the price paid.

The staff kept the tables tended to and there was a self-service coffee machine and a self-service waffle machine, which was a nice touch.

loved my stay at the hotel in ashford. everything was clean, modern, and smelled fresh. the interior design was impressive and the comfort was top-notch. the shower was spacious and had a big head. environmentally friendly refillable toiletries were a nice touch. the huge tv screen was a bonus. great place to rest and start the day with a delicious breakfast.

Had a great Xmas at a hotel recently! the breakfast was surprising with quality pastries and the coffee was hot and fresh. the location was amazing as it was just a short walk from a train station and near to some great bars to relax in the evening. the room was very quiet so getting a good night's rest was easy.

The carpets in the dining area was in need of a good clean. the lighting in the room could have been improved for reading with the bedside lamp not producing enough light.
