We had an amazing stay at a boutique B&B near the famous Piazza della Signoria. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated with high ceilings that took our breath away. the bathroom was huge and had everything we needed, including a reasonably priced minibar and Nespresso coffee maker. the room was impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection to choose from. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even keeping our luggage for us while we explored the city. It's clear why this place is pricier, but it's definitely worth it.

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in Florence. the bed was the comfiest we've ever slept on, with a memory foam mattress and perfect pillows. the room was trendy and comfortable, just like the photos. We felt so at home that we ended up spending a lot of time in our room. the breakfast was delicious, with options like pancakes with maple syrup and scrambled eggs. the staff, especially Anisa, were helpful and offered great restaurant recommendations. Despite our late arrival, Anisa greeted us and made our check-in smooth. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The rooms and facilities were lovely, with a great breakfast serving pancakes with real maple syrup and fresh fruit. The warm and friendly welcome from the host made us feel at home, and the room was clean and Instagram-worthy. We even received little gifts in our room every day, which made our honeymoon extra special. The location was very central and convenient.

The noise from the streets was unbearable, especially late at night. Even with ear plugs, the noise from a nearby late-night takeout pizza place and loud drunken teenagers kept us from getting a good night's sleep.

the room had a high ceiling, a fantastic rain shower, and a very comfortable bed and bedding. the breakfast was excellent with homemade croissants, eggs, cold cuts, and pancakes. the location was great, within walking distance to everything. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us when one of our party fell ill. we had a fantastic experience and really appreciated their hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was great, with a separate bathroom and a hot tub inside. The hotel facilities were clean, stylish, and comfortable. The staff were extra friendly and helpful, providing us with little extras in the room. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the center of the city, making it easy for us to walk to all the major attractions. We also loved the fact that there were many famous restaurants next door to the hotel, making it convenient for us to try different cuisines. The breakfast spread every morning was delicious and the staff made an effort to accommodate our early morning departure by leaving breakfast for us the night before.

If I could give this hotel more than 10, I would! It was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff were so kind and friendly, the room was stunning and the location was ideal. They let us bring our bags early and leave them until our train, helped us call a taxi and even left us a bottle of prosecco in the room as it was our anniversary. The room was immaculate and decorated beautifully and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept in. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and considering it was included, just added that little extra. Definitely one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in!
