Vanessa at the reception was the kindest and most helpful lady ever! She gave us an informative map, the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay, and the location was superb without any noisy disturbances.

Hygiene and cleanliness standards were high. The apartment is noiseless despite its central location near St. Mark's Square and Rialto. Helpful and polite staff, including Guido at the reception. Good wifi and a lovely view of the canal.

Great apartment for our family of 5 during our New Year's stay. Clean and spacious, with the added bonus of being able to hear the gondoliers rowing by. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants, which was very convenient. The manager was incredibly helpful and gave us directions and tourist information, making us feel like family.

The location was superb, just a short walk away from all the main attractions in the city. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view of the canal. The air-conditioning provided much-needed respite from the heatwave, and the free wifi was a bonus, even though the signal strength was a bit weak. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences such as the blinds not fully closing and the lack of black-out curtains, I still had a pleasant and quiet stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly service.

Extra charge for washing machine and could have had more amenities like robes and toiletries. Some rooms had uncomfortable mattresses and towels were not always refreshed.

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and made my stay comfortable and easy. They provided useful tips and information before my arrival and kept me informed about the facilities and local attractions during my stay. The suite I stayed in was beautiful, with a master bedroom and a kitchen/dining area with an additional double bed. The staff also prepared everything for my late check-in and booked an early morning taxi-boat for me to the airport. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
