Staying in the heart of Florence for 12 days was amazing! Being within walking distance to all the major sights and the train station made exploring the city so convenient. The location was perfect and we felt safe, although we had to be careful not to let anyone in with us when entering. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited and there was no hot water for showering.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of Florence. We loved how convenient it was to return to our room during the day. The room itself was very quiet and comfortable, with a beautiful en-suite shower. Gaia, the host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. it was a perfect place to stay for a few days.

The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was often lukewarm, making it uncomfortable to take a shower. the breakfast options were limited, with mostly sweet pastries and basic cereal.

the rooms at Residenza Dei Pucci were beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a spacious, spotlessly clean bathroom. the location was excellent, within walking distance of all the attractions in Florence, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. Although there was no elevator, the quality of the rooms definitely made up for the stairs. the breakfast offered a simple but adequate choice, and guests could even enjoy it in their own rooms thanks to the provided trays.

This hotel is a great find! The location is spot on, right in the heart of the city centre. The rooms are lovely, full of character and really spacious. The breakfast deserves a special mention as it's included and features delicious cakes from local bakeries. All of this for a great value for money.
