Rio had a great location, making it easy to reach from Milan Central or Linate Airport. It was the perfect spot for visiting the Duomo and other central Milan attractions. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including coffee, pastries, fruit, and cereal. the staff, particularly Jimmy at reception, was excellent. He was very helpful and polite, even lending me his phone charger when I had trouble with mine.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The location alone is a major highlight, as it is right next to Piazza Duomo and all the major sights in this city. It took me less than 5 minutes to walk to the Duomo, which was incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel staff was efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist me when my suitcase was lost, keeping me updated on its status until it arrived. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was impeccable, and the comfortable bed and pleasant decor made my stay even more enjoyable.
