The service at breakfast was not what I expected, especially with the

long wait time and then receiving a disappointing meal. However, the personalized touches, like the cake for my birthday, made the stay special. Overall, the hotel’s elegant decor and ambiance were a highlight, and I appreciated the quiet garden view from my room.

Had a lekker stay! The staff were super friendly and really made us feel at home. Our upgraded room was a treat, especially with that vibey lounge area! Perfectly located near the tube and local pubs for some evening joviality. Plus, I loved the classy decor throughout the hotel.

The shower pressure was a bit on the weak side, but it didn’t ruin the experience for us.

Stylish hotel with a cozy vibe

What a lovely spot in Chelsea! The decor is super classy, and I loved the cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. The pasta at the restaurant was a highlight—so fresh and tasty! Just wished the shower pressure was stronger, but it didn't take away from the overall vibe.

the air conditioning didn’t work well (which was a bit annoying! ). but the staff sent me emails before arrival to check on my needs, and the location was super convenient for getting to harrods and other sites! also, the smartphones in the room were super handy! !

We really loved how close the hotel is to the tube stations and great spots like Harrods and Kensington Palace. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and made sure our special needs son's autism support dog felt welcome.

My wife says that the room could use better lighting.

the starhotels collezione was a lovely surprise! the location was so quiet, yet just a short walk to south kensington tube station. the bar staff were incredibly attentive, and i appreciated the complimentary drink upon my arrival. the breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of pastries and italian options. definitely a great place to unwind after exploring.

The deluxe room was spacious with lovely decor, really impressed with the interior design. The bed was comfy, but I heard some noise from the floors above, which wasn't ideal. Nice to have luxury bath amenities by Penhaligon's too! Overall, a cozy vibe but could use some soundproofing for a more peaceful stay.
