I had a wonderful stay at Sleep And Fly Rome Airport Bed & Breakfast. The father and son proprietors were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which made my stay stress-free after a difficult journey. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely large shower, perfect for freshening up before or after a flight. Additionally, the proximity to the airport was convenient, and there was a great restaurant nearby along with others in the area. The owner/manager, Luca, was fantastic – friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. The room was beautifully furnished, with the best bed and pillows I encountered during my 4-week stay in Italy. The comfort and excellent service were a wonderful bonus, and the breakfast provided was great. I would definitely choose to stay here again when flying in or out of Rome.

Everything was spot on.

The hotel's rooms were impressively sound-proofed, considering how close they are to the airport. The air conditioning unit was extremely quiet and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast, which was included in the nightly rate, offered plenty of tasty options. The personalized cappuccino was excellent.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure at this family-owned B&B. Luca, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was meticulously clean and lovingly decorated. The shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and reasonably priced. The breakfast selection was excellent and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded our expectations! We were impressed with the service airport shuttle that was available to us, and the rooms were equipped with amenities like heating and air conditioning. There were also free toiletries and an am/fm alarm clock. Additionally, the hotel's location was quite good! We enjoyed taking a leisurely walk alongside an interesting canal that was within easy walking distance of a vibrant area with lots of restaurants and dining.

I arrived earlier than expected and the host, Luca, was incredibly accommodating. He picked me up from the train station with short notice and checked me into a spacious and comfortable room. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for travelers. Luca went above and beyond by providing excellent dining recommendations and directing me to the nearby coast for a memorable evening. This personalized touch made my stay truly special.

The walls of the room were in need of a fresh coat of paint, but it didn't greatly impact my overall experience. Additionally, it took a bit of time to find the property as the address was similar to another area in Fiumicino.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to Rome Fiumicino airport. You can easily walk to multiple recommended restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There is some aircraft noise due to the hotel's proximity to the airport.

Limited tourist attractions in fiumicino.

We were stranded at the airport but Luca arranged for a shuttle to pick us up. The room was very modern, clean and quiet. Luca's father made us feel welcome and breakfast was overwhelming. I'll recommend this hotel.

Mijn verblijf in het hostel was geweldig. De bedden en kussens waren extra zacht en zorgden voor een goede nachtrust. De locatie van het hotel was perfect, want het lag dichtbij een bushalte en een treinstation. Bovendien was de receptionist, Roy, erg behulpzaam. Hij gaf ons informatie over de tickets voor Hong Kong Disneyland en legde ons uit hoe we met de bus naar het vliegveld konden gaan. Daarnaast konden we onze was gratis laten doen, wat erg handig was.

The location of the hotel was great as it was close to some wonderful restaurants in the area. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the airport and even within walking distance to some excellent restaurants. The room was nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The host provided packed breakfast and organised an airport shuttle for us at 4:15 AM, which was a nice touch.

While the room was spacious and comfortable, we were disappointed by the lack of view from the room.

We stayed over Christmas time and were pleased with the complementary Christmas decorations and snacks provided. The location near the airport was convenient for our early morning flight, and the free parking was a plus. We also appreciated the helpful staff who provided us with information about nearby restaurants.

The room was not as clean as expected and had a musty odor. The noise level was also high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Efficient shuttle service, helpful and friendly hosts, spacious room with balcony, convenient location to airport and restaurants, delicious breakfast with variety of options.
