During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly staff. the location of the hotel was also a major advantage, as it was conveniently within walking distance of the city center. This made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the area. I really appreciated the delicious and filling breakfast that was provided each morning. It was the perfect start to my day and kept me energized for all the holiday activities.

the hotel could benefit from some renovations and updates. the rooms seemed a bit outdated and could use a fresh touch to enhance the overall ambiance.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the city center and the INEC. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking available. The breakfast was tasty and the service was fast and efficient. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with our 8-month-old baby. We also loved the comfortable pillows, which gave us a great night's sleep. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Hard to think of anything negative.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, recommending excellent local restaurants and providing fresh milk for our tea in the room. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering more than enough to satisfy our appetite. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main streets of the city. Additionally, the hotel had free parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the city and visit the INEC.

Couldn't stay longer.

The database staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast was cooked nicely and the dining room was comfortable. The location was excellent, within walking distance to the town. The family room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Plenty of hot water and good television reception. The lady at the desk was helpful in arranging a day trip for us to Ross Castle.

No complaints whatsoever - felt warm and satisfied with our stay.
