The staff at the hotel were friendly and willing to help. They were accommodating in fixing any issues that arose during our stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with restaurants and the main station nearby. the breakfast provided was basic but sufficient for starting the day.

There were some cleanliness issues in the room that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the breakfast room was cramped and uncomfortable, and the quality of the food and drinks was subpar.

The staff was friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was great, with good hours from 7 to 10. The rooms were very clean with modern bathrooms and good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and different types of pillows were provided. The location was close to public transportation, the opera house, and plenty of restaurants and cafes.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being cleaned every day. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the main train station, which made it convenient for us to use our Eurail pass. We also loved how close it was to the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided at the restaurant next to the hotel was great, and it was a wonderful opportunity to observe the daily habits of the locals on their way to work.

Conveniently located near the train station. The room had a comfortable mattress and the bathroom was clean. The helpful girl during breakfast made our mornings enjoyable. The hotel also stored our luggage after checkout, allowing us to explore the city before our flight. I would recommend this hotel for its location and helpful staff.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Rome and I must say it was a great experience. the location was perfect as it was surrounded by some good restaurants. Additionally, it was conveniently close to Termini, making it easy to travel around the city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all amenities and had a clean bathroom. I also loved the fact that they had tables off of the lobby where we could enjoy our meals. Oh, and the breakfast included some amazing cappuccinos!

Everything was more than ok, no complaints at all.
