We were blown away by the hotel facilities, including the pool and kids' zone. the breakfast had a fantastic selection, and the staff were professional and accommodating. Moreover, the convenient location near cafes and attractions added to our pleasant experience.

My family and I stayed at Quest Plus in Clark for a weekend getaway. the room was impeccably clean and sanitized, and the breakfast at the Q Lounge offered stunning views. the staff, notably Duty Manager Cristian Ibay and the friendly team at the Lounge, made our stay exceptional. Ample parking, strong AC, and a familiar feeling from the hotel's previous identity as a Holiday Inn added to our positive experience.

We had a great experience at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was in a quiet area near local restaurants that serve good food. It was also at the center of everything we needed to attend to in the area. The staff were service-oriented and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. Special thanks to Kristina Sampana for being so hands-on and for diligently reminding her team to provide excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the outdoor swimming pool with its sun loungers and garden area. The hotel also had a restaurant and a coffee shop, providing us with plenty of dining options.

We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

There were some issues with the room furnishings, as they seemed outdated and in need of renovation.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. It was the best hotel in Clark, Pampanga that I've stayed in so far. The staff were incredibly accommodating and courteous, making our stay very enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and conveniently located. The food was also top-notch, with a special shoutout to Ms. Jisille and Sir Marphy for their excellent service. I highly recommend Quest hotel for a memorable stay.

Great food and live entertainment during Christmas Eve. the staff was friendly, and we received free wine and Christmas cookies in our room. the hotel is situated near the city center, which made it easy to go Christmas shopping.

The room was small, and the air conditioning was noisy. it was not worth the high price we paid and put a damper on our holiday experience.
