I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The unexpected upgrade to a Junior Suite was a really nice gesture. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, and I loved the added touch of the espresso machine. The breakfast had a great variety of food and was delicious. The location of this hotel was perfect, with a tram station just a minute's walk away, making it easy to explore the main attractions in the historic center of the city.

Great location near to public transport and attractions. Friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. the rooms were very clean and well appointed. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, including hot dishes and pastries. I also loved the fact that they sold bus/tram tickets at the front desk.

The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach our room properly. We had to stand in the doorway or go to the lobby to use it.
