This place needs major noise control!!! Hallway disturbances were a nightmare, and the front desk security measures felt excessive!!! Access to public transport is a joke!!! It’s not worth the hassle!!! Improvements are essential!!!

Consider asking for a room change early if noise is an issue. the staff is accommodating and may help improve your experience.

The breakfast had a solid selection of hot and cold items (the waffles were a real treat! ), and cleanliness throughout the lobby and rooms was impressive. The staff felt welcoming and friendly, making my stay more enjoyable.

The warm ambiance upon entry was inviting, and I enjoyed interactions with the friendly breakfast staff, especially Patty, who made us feel comfortable. However, I was disappointed to find a cleanliness issue with the towels.

The parking was a bit cramped, and the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but the friendly staff really made it a pleasant stay. Chur for that!

the ‘business king room’ was a real treat, if you love the sound of slamming doors, that is. the bed squeaked like it was auditioning for a horror movie, and don't even get me started on the lukewarm shower. as a sophisticated traveler, I woudl've expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that's not in their budget.

I arrived late and was welcomed by an incredibly kind front desk staff member who made me feel at home. The next morning, I enjoyed a hot continental breakfast with a lovely lady who insisted on helping me. It added a personal touch to my experience. It was a comforting stay during my travels. I'm from Rome, and I appreciate the warmth of hospitality.

The hotel was perfect for our big family trip. We appreciated that it was handicap accessible and the staff were super friendly, especially towards our son's autism support dog. The location made it easy for us to explore and spend time together.

My wife says that the parking situation could be more spacious for families. My kids wished for more options at breakfast.
