We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is situated in a beautiful location by the sea, surrounded by stunning yachts in the Ischia porto harbor. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, including the spa, pool, restaurant, and garden. The staff went above and beyond, always willing to assist and making us feel welcome. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, and the restaurant staff was especially friendly and helpful. Additionally, we appreciated the convenient transportation options, with a van available when needed. it was an amazing experience!

The hotel's location was a bit secluded and not within walking distance of any attractions. It was also disappointing that there was no in-room coffee.

The hotel itself was beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a stunning central garden view. The three restaurants on-site served delicious food, and the concierge even helped us find great restaurants accessible by water taxi, adding a unique touch to our dining experiences. The hotel struck the perfect balance between luxury and a relaxed atmosphere.

Some guests had issues with the air conditioning in their rooms, which took a while to be fixed.

The location was excellent, and the complimentary shuttle was convenient.
