The hotel is in a great location, just steps from the central train station and close to all the main attractions in Florence. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with a descent size. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a good selection of items. The hotel also offers a wonderful view of the Piazza Santa Maria Novella.

The check-in process was slow and there seemed to be some miscommunication among the staff.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right on the piazza Santa Maria Novella. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful room facing the church. The hotel is super convenient as it is very close to the train station. It's extremely central and you can walk anywhere. Truly a lovely place to be.

This hotel is in a vibrant square with lots of life around. The value for money is amazing, especially considering how close it is to everything. The staff are great and always attentive to detail. The rooms are stunning, with great views over Piazza Di Santa Maria Novella, and some even have a balcony. The breakfast is delicious, especially the cappuccinos, which are included.

Spent Easter in a central hotel and had a great time! the breakfast had a lovely selection, and there were complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. the location was key as it was right beside a beautiful church and close to all the sights. the staff was welcoming and helpful.

The noise from the nearby restaurants and bars was quite loud late into the night. a device outside the window made a lot of noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and the friendly staff at the hotel. The location was excellent, being close to the railway station and within walking distance of many sightseeing points. The breakfast provided was also good.

They respected my request for a room with a view and even waited for us late at night due to flight delay. the hotel itself was clean and comfortable.
