Absolutely adored this hotel!

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay here at this venue. The location on the lakefront was amazing with breathtaking views. The service here was exceptional, including room service, laundry and dry cleaning. The rooms were fantastic, complete with a balcony, soundproofed room and modern amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities.

Recommended for families, this place is perfect for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation.

The hotel offered complimentary Easter eggs and a small bottle of champagne in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was great for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and a nice view.

The room was small and lacked proper air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable stay. the noise from nearby traffic was also a disturbance.

As a business traveler, I really appreciated the helpful staff and the option to receive assistance through the in-room tablet. The location of the hotel was fantastic, right across from Lake Zurich and within walking distance to the main part of town. The beds were comfortable and the overall stay was enjoyable.

The hotel can improve their cleaning services as some rooms were not cleaned on time.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right by the lake and within a short walk to the city center. The room I stayed in was beautiful and bright, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast, with its lake view, was definitely worth it. The staff were polite and professional.
