On the outskirts of Florence, this hotel is a luxurious haven. The hotel's location is perfect, close enough to the city center yet nestled in a peaceful area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with any special requests. The room was modern and well-equipped, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment. The breakfast spread was outstanding, providing a wide variety of delicious options. this place exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a delightful stay at Villa Neroli for four nights. The staff were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast selection was outstanding, especially for someone who is gluten-free like me. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The pool was a highlight for our son, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. A special mention to Mr. Angelo and Ms. Corina for their exceptional service and advice. There were only 2 sun loungers at the pool that fully reclined. the hotel does not have a restaurant and the bar closes at 11pm.

The hotel had exceptional cleanliness, great facilities, and convenient parking. The location, just outside the city center, was perfect for easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff were really friendly and helpful. the room I stayed in was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. the pool was also a plus, as it was never crowded and had enough pool chairs for everyone. I also really enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious and I ended up dining there three nights!

The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, as it was outside of the city center. It took around 45 minutes to walk to town or a taxi ride of 16-20 euros.
