I had a wonderful stay at Ville Sull'Arno. The hotel's decor was stylish and the staff were incredibly diligent and lovely. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel is small but has everything you need, and there is no sense of overcrowding. The hotel's location may seem like a drawback, but it actually adds to the experience of feeling like you're in a castle by the river. The free shuttle buses are convenient for getting to the Old City. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best I've had in Europe. I highly recommend getting a room with a river view.

our stay at florence was amazing as always, but this time ville sull'arno surpassed expectations. the antique furniture in the room was charming, the pool area was so relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also delicious.

I absolutely loved my recent stay at Ville Sull'Arno! The hotel is set on the banks of a beautiful river and offers breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, making me feel like I was living in luxury. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. One particular staff member, Noemi, made a special effort to bring us ice cream late at night when all the shops were closed. It was such a kind gesture that really touched my heart. The hotel also offers a shuttle service into Florence, making it convenient to explore the city. I took advantage of the complimentary bikes available and had a wonderful time cycling around Florence. The pool and spa were also highlights of my stay, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I had an amazing time at Ville Sull'Arno and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.
