I was appalled by the outdated bike rentals, which were practically unusable. We were told there were only a few working bikes, and we nearly lost the one we had to someone else! The lack of reliable service when biking ruined our experience, especially since we expected much better from a five-star hotel. Overall, it felt like they didn’t care about maintaining quality for such a high price!
