We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right near the town square with stunning views of the surrounding area. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were beautifully designed and had all the amenities we needed, such as a mini-bar and a separate tub and shower. The spa was fantastic, with a variety of saunas and a large swimming pool. The food was delicious, with a wide selection of local products for breakfast and a gourmet four-course dinner. We can't wait to come back here!

Stunning interior with great attention to detail. Modern architecture meets Dolomites views. Convenient location with easy access to the ski lift. Variety of saunas and big swimming pool in the spa. Delicious breakfast with local products. Fabulous wine dining experience. Lovely, helpful, and professional staff. Must visit and highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful stay at a gorgeous and modern hotel in Castelrotto. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Alpe di Siusi, and the hotel even provided bus passes to help us get around. The breakfast spread was delicious and the four-course dinner was absolutely delightful. The staff at the front desk, especially Sabina and Katharine, were so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from providing hiking suggestions to even giving us a fan during a heatwave. The service was outstanding, with Sandra's extensive wine knowledge and Peter's expertly crafted drinks at the bar. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way!

The only slight downside was the pool area, which could use some improvement to match the overall chic design of the hotel. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have clearer communication about the extra cost of water and beverages included in the half board.

The hotel had decent amenities, with a great spa area and a well-stocked bar. It was also located near the town square and public transportation, which made it easy to move around. the Christmas decorations were charming and added to the festive atmosphere.

The staff was not very helpful and friendly, and the service was unremarkable. the food was overpriced and unappetizing, not up to the standard of other hotels in the area.
