Helpful staff recommendations and convenient transport access.

During my stay, I experienced several disappointments. First, the cleanliness was lacking. the room had dust, and some towels were stained or ripped. Furthermore, I encountered issues with noise, especially from the hallway and the front of the hotel at night, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, it was frustrating that the room key consistently demagnetized, forcing me to visit the reception multiple times.

my room was freezing cold, but how lovely it was to not even have a remote for the AC, right? the shower in a see-through booth woudl ve been amusing if it weren't so ridiculous. a complimentary upgrade or gesture for my troubles was obviously too much to expect.

the staff, especially daniela at reception, were incredibly helpful and approachable. the restaurant offered a great selection for breakfast, and room service was prompt. the leisure room was a nice touch to relax in after a day out (great for unwinding! ).

internet can be spotty 🌀

the hotel was an absolute letdown. room was chilly, no remote to fix the AC, and the towels were old and shabby, totally not what I expect from a 4 establishment. I had hoped for some complimentary gesture for my troubles but was sadly disappointed. I almost considered a good review, but just couldn’t.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we asked about local attractions and restaurants. One time, they even surprised us with a complimentary dessert after we ordered dinner at the restaurant in-house, making our night feel special.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for a relaxing experience it was still acceptable.

So, we checked in to this hotel and the room was clean and big enough for a couple – just what we needed! The gym was absolutely stunning and empty, a great surprise to find that, we spent some time there before exploring. And I must say, there was this fantastic young lady serving breakfast, giving us the best espresso – she was a true gem in this otherwise rocky experience! !

Comfortable stay with room for improvement

Had a spacious junior suite with a lovely view, though it was slightly noisy at times. The breakfast lady was a standout with her exceptional service and delicious espressos. Make sure to speak to reception about noise issues early on to ensure a quieter night. Also, explore nearby dining options for a true taste of Rome.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free parking, in-room breakfast, and a wonderful restaurant. During my first stay, the staff kindly assisted me with my late departure, which I really appreciated. I’m excited to come back for another city trip!

Location is a bit far from transport links, but the food was tasty and surroundings peaceful

zone has a quiet location, perfect for a good night's sleep, thanks to the good dark curtains. the underground garage offered excellent parking, and the staff were super friendly and informative. loved the spa facilities that provided fantastic relaxation in a lovely setting!

would be great to have a kettle in the room for a tea or coffee.

We arrived way early, but the front desk got us into a comfy room super quick, which was a lifesaver after our flight! The sun terrace and garden area were perfect spots to relax after a long day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the room could use a bit of a makeover, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

Good stay overall!

Stayed for 3 nights and the staff were super friendly! The room was comfy, but man, it could use a facelift. Loved the in-room breakfast option—they had decent coffee! The place was a bit noisy at times, and being a little far from downtown was kind of a bummer.

Pristinely clean and exceptionally attentive service with a delightful atmosphere.
