We had a great stay at Hotel Zone. the staff were incredibly helpful and the food options were excellent. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant, which had amazing food and friendly staff. the first floor rooms had a lovely terrace area, and the gym facilities were fantastic. It was the perfect base for exploring without breaking the bank, as we could easily hop on the local train into the city center.

Gym equipment needs improvement.

We had a pleasant stay in a beautiful area just outside of Rome. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable, with spacious beds and well-stocked drinks cabinets. The breakfast options were varied and satisfying, offering a good start to the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly the receptionist who went out of her way to assist us.

The shower temperature was inconsistent, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower after a long day.

We visited popular attractions like the Colosseum and the Vatican, making it easier for us to explore and learn about the city. The guide made the experience entertaining for both kids and adults.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities at the hotel.

The food was mind-blowing, though the menu was a bit limited. The shuttle bus was super convenient and made our trip hassle-free. The hotel was spotless and the staff was jaw-droppingly amazing.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the spacious rooms with amazing balconies and comfortable beds. The hotel had a great gym and the staff, especially Danielle and Matthias, were extremely helpful and kind. The location was also ideal, with a beautiful area nearby and easy access to public transportation.

The spacious and clean classic double room provided us with a much-needed good night's sleep on the comfortable king-size bed with a cozy mattress. Additionally, the free private underground parking was a great advantage that made our stay even more convenient.

With a free shuttle service going into town several times a day, the location of this hotel in a nice and quiet residential area outside of Rome's city center is not a problem at all. It mitigates the distance and makes it a must-stay for those who want to explore the city without worrying about transportation.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we were pleased to find private parking and a shuttle service provided by the hotel. the welcome drink was a nice touch upon our arrival. We also enjoyed the included breakfast which saved us some money and time. the hotel is located near a train station, making it easy to travel to the nearby attractions such as the city center.

The biggest letdown was the lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, something we expected from a four-star hotel. the shuttle bus only ran until 5:00 pm, which restricted our evening activities.
