The a la carte dining experience was limited. we were restricted to just one reservation for a three-night stay, which forced us to rely heavily on the buffet.

Rooms are outdated with poor upkeep!!! Beverage options are limited and often run out!!! Check-in process feels disorganized and unwelcoming!!! Restaurants frequently run out of menu items!!! Consistent service is hard to find!!!

Aye, the place got mad vibes. That mini-bar was stocked up nice, and the whole beachfront scene was chill. Pool was a blast, real big too—made hangin out easy. Just wish the food coulda been better. some spots had just OK choices. They needa up their game for them fancy dishes. Still had a good time!

it could use some better ventilation. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, but there were a few minor issues with the room service that left us waiting. Nonetheless, the kids club was a highlight, and our daughter loved it!

I enjoyed a great location with calm beach areas and good snorkeling opportunities. The outdoor grill by the beach offered tasty jerk pork. Some of the bar staff were a bit less engaged, but I met Big Mike at the kiddie pool bar, who was friendly and made the experience memorable. In my travels, I have always appreciated the fun atmosphere of kids' activities and lively entertainment. Perfect for a road trip adventure.

We just spent 3 nights and loved the gorgeous clean beach and the amazing jerk chicken served by the pool! The a la carte restaurants were incredible, too. A couple of room issues held us back, though I'd definitely return!

the beach access was awesome! plus, don't miss the jerk pork at the outdoor grill, so good! rooms were super clean, and the staff always made us feel special. the poolside snack bar had tasty options too.

Our room had an amazing ocean view, perfect for sunrise. The shower doors leaked water everywhere, making a mess.

You know, the drinks could be better,, but I had this amazing time at the Brazilian steakhouse. We waited a bit for a table, but once seated, the meat just kept coming, and I felt like a king! Plus, the jerk chicken at that snack bar by the pool had a different vibe, even if it wasn’t seasoned to perfection. it hit the spot on a warm day.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for the memories we made, it was acceptable.

We stayed in a clean room with a fantastic ocean view high up and that was unforgettable seeing the sunrise every morning and how peaceful it felt. The themed restaurants were a real treat we had reservations on the first day and the Japanese place was full of life and delicious food.
