As a disabled traveler, I found the Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites to be very accommodating. The room was spacious, allowing me to easily maneuver my wheelchair. The breakfast staff provided excellent service and the made-to-order omelettes were a delicious treat. The convenient location near the highway made it easy for me to get around.

Pleasant surprise: price quoted online was lower than actual payment. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and a good-sized TV. Breakfast was enjoyable, omelet chef seemed a bit grumpy though. Reception staff, April and Doreen, provided excellent and informative service.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is near various restaurants and stores. In the inside common areas, everything looks nice. The staff is accommodating and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The toilet seat had not been adequately cleaned, and there was pubic hair and urine on it. One pillowcase was visibly dirty, and the room could have used a vacuum. Unfortunately, the unpleasant smell of the room spoiled our experience, and we wouldn't stay again.

Conveniently located off I25, quiet rooms facing the mesa with no road noise. Clean facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious cooked-to-order breakfast, including a skilled omelet chef. a pleasant and accommodating stay.

The Best Western Plus Eagleridge Inn & Suites in Pueblo was the perfect choice for our recent stay. We were passing through town and needed a convenient location, and this hotel was right off the freeway, making it incredibly easy to find. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious omelets they served, along with a variety of other tasty options. It was the perfect start to our day.

Although our stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The front desk staff could improve their customer service.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was within walking distance of several restaurants. The room was well-appointed with a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. I also appreciated the free wi-fi and the in-room air conditioning, which made my stay even more pleasant. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were also a nice touch, and I made use of the sauna and steam room as well.

The location was also very convenient, close to major highways and easily accessible. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating during our stay.

Dislikes or Worst Aspects: The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and despite reporting it to the front desk, we received a rude response.

Liked the convenient location right off the freeway and close to attractions. Also, the room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bed. Plus, the breakfast spread was pretty good.

Disliked that we couldn't get an extra bed even though we paid extra, and the AC in our room wasn't working properly. Despite calling multiple times, all we got was a small fan.
