Room had great ocean view. Wi-Fi was slow. Enjoyed the tasty food and friendly staff.

The beachfront access was simply pristine, making it easy for us to enjoy the clear waters and soak up the sun every day.

The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, as we encountered hair and dirt that should have been addressed before our arrival.

but the hot tub in our first room didn’t work. And the fresh seafood at the restaurants was top-notch! The beach had beautiful clear waters to relax in. And we really enjoyed the warm pools throughout our stay!

We love the stunning beach access and beautiful ocean views from our room. The staff is extremely friendly, going above and beyond, like in the delightful restaurants with diverse menu options. The pool area is also impressive, with ample space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

The Wi-Fi connection is somewhat unreliable and could use improvement.

where do i begin? the filthy corridors, along with the old bathroom that had brown stains, was absolutely disguisting. our air conditioning was out for half the trip, and no one seemed to care. after spending over $2,000, i at least expected a gift or upgrade for my troubles. honestly, i almost wrote a positive review, but just couldn’t.

They really need to work on their Wi-Fi. it was more ‘Wy-Fi’ than ‘Wi-Fi’! Also, as much as I loved the pool, I wanted a little more variety in the cocktails—let’s spice it up!

I had the most amazing time! The staff went out of their way to make my birthday special, like surprising me with a cake at dinner. The snack bar by the pool was awesome for quick bites. The only downside was the hot tub wasn't working, which was a bummer. Still, an unforgettable stay!

Got to tell ya, Mrs Gorgette Virgo really took care of my birthday vacation. The staff went out of their way to make it special, with sweet cards and lovely messages as I wandered the resort, it felt personal, like they knew the importance of it. I mean, they even made sure I had the best dining experience with the ocean view room—absolutely legendary! Also, those butlers really had my back, making sure I was well taken care of.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, you know, but honestly still worth it for the quality and care delivered.

ocean eden bay is dope! the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond, especially the manager gorgette who made my bday so special. the food was delicious, and everything was clean and well stocked. the hibachi dinner was a blast! plus the location is just perfect for relaxing by the beach.

the wi-fi was really spotty sometimes and i think they should offer more variety on the cocktails at the bar.
