The pool was massive, and the food choices were excellent. However, we faced a major issue during check-in. It took a long time, and the staff seemed lost and unorganized. I would still recommend this hotel.

The hotel had incredible value for money - it was well worth the price. The staff were definitely a highlight, always attentive and smiling, making every experience a pleasant one. The location was excellent, with a selection of restaurants and the beach right nearby. Lastly, the basic amenities including the rooms with jacuzzi were definitely a plus. I loved it! I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was quick to respond when there were issues with the air conditioner.

During my stay at Ocean Eden Bay, I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful aesthetics of the hotel. The restaurants, especially Sakura and the Indian restaurant, served delicious food. The beach, pool, and bars were all fantastic, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. I also had a great time interacting with the Blue team and found the drink menu to be impressive for an all-inclusive resort. Furthermore, I must give a special shout out to Martin, who helped us with tours and recommended the Chukka, which ended up being our favorite. Despite some initial concerns about customer service, every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful.
