The one-bedroom cottage I stayed in was in rough shape. the door frame gaps made it feel insecure, and bugs had easy access. The heater struggled to warm the bedroom, leading to an uncomfortable night, and the spackled walls and chipped paint gave off a neglected vibe. Plus, the lack of hot water in the kitchenette sink was inconvenient, especially with the fee threatened for unwashed dishes. Overall, it was a cold and cramped space, which made for an unsatisfactory visit.

Perry's Motel and Cottages is like a cozy hug from Grandma—if Grandma had a fire pit, playgrounds, and a heated pool! The little touches, like the creative towel art, had us giggling. Aaron and Alisha, the new owners, were practically superheroes juggling guest needs and improvements, making this spot feel like a magical getaway for our family—a must for any vacation planner!

the location is perfect, near attractions and shops! the outdoor swimming pool and spacious playgrounds make it a family-friendly spot. staff are lovely and attentive, a real plus! 🌞

The owners were exceptionally friendly and attentive.

The room had some maintenance needs as it showed a bit of wear. Coffee in the morning could be better, as it was lukewarm.

we had a fantastic stay at perry's motel and cottages. the best part was the friendly staff who made us feel right at home. my kids loved the two playgrounds and the heated pool. the grounds were clean, and the cottage was cozy with great wifi speed. close to attractions too!

Loved the location, away from the noise but close to fun stuff. Owners are super friendly and genuinely care about your stay!

The bathroom mirror looked like a dark mystery painting! Not sure if the outdoor lights are for ambiance or interrogation—bright enough to wake the neighbors!
