Cleanliness needs a serious overhaul!!! I found hair in the shower and the fitness center's equipment is outdated. The ice machine is limited to certain floors, which is quite inconvenient!!! The environment is disappointing due to the lack of upkeep!!! Overall, there are areas that require immediate attention for a better experience!!!

Was disappointed to find it not cleaned properly. however, the friendly staff and great location made up for it. I loved the spinach quiche at breakfast. Overall, the spacious one-bedroom suite was comfortable, making my stay quite pleasant despite a few hiccups.

Good internet and 24-hour reception were helpful. Sofa needs replacing. one bed outlet missing.

The staff were pretty awesome and super friendly, really tried their best to make me feel welcome. Breakfast was decent with a cool spinach quiche, I enjoyed that. Plus, the room was fresh and comfy. I had a solid night's sleep!

But, I did find the shower not cleaned well—which was a bit off-putting.

However, the shower cleanliness was concerning, with some remnants of previous guests left unaddressed. Additionally, the fitness equipment appeared outdated, and the pool was unexpectedly closed, leaving some amenities lacking.

I enjoyed the spacious suite and the cozy kitchenette. The location is super convenient with lots of nearby restaurants. Free WiFi made my stay even better!

However, the walls are thinner than my grandma’s fine china! I felt like I was hosting a reality show with all the noise from the neighbors.

I loved how spacious my one-bedroom suite was and the fresh fruit options at breakfast were a nice touch. There’s a cozy patio where I could relax with a book, and the gym had everything I needed for a decent workout. Just wish the ice machines were working, but overall it was a solid stay! 😊

the location of springhill suites is great, being so close to the university. we loved the late checkout option since we needed to freshen up before heading home. the fitness center was nice, with good equipment to get a workout in before the day began.
