I had a great weekend at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, especially in the morning and evening shifts. They even happily moved our room when we noticed a cigarette smell coming from a nearby room. The beds in the hotel were absolutely heavenly, like sleeping on clouds. The hotel itself was clean and had a modern design, which I really appreciated. Plus, the location was fantastic, with some great restaurants within walking distance.

There were a couple of things that could be improved at this hotel. First, the rooms were a bit small compared to other hotel suites I've stayed in.

The staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even offered a free upgrade to a suite without us asking. The breakfast, which opened at 6 am, was convenient for our early morning schedule. The hotel also had plenty of parking spaces and a variety of nearby eateries. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff.

I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at Springhill Suites. The room was top-notch and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like gold.

The hotel and room were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The pull-out sofa was perfect for my kids. The indoor pool was a great feature, although the hot tub was closed for repairs. The breakfast was excellent with fluffy eggs, sausage, and a variety of other good options. The staff was friendly and fun, making our stay enjoyable.

The Springhill Suites was a great value for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the mini fridge and microwave. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even at 2AM, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located with parking right in front of the entrance. Special shoutout to Christina at the front desk for her exceptional service and making our stay awesome!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist and the clean smell throughout the hotel was refreshing. The room was impeccably clean and the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep. The location was convenient, just off I-85, with plenty of restaurants nearby and close proximity to popular attractions like Ikea, Concord Mills, and the Speedway. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff, especially Christina at the front desk, were accommodating and helpful. They even went above and beyond to make my son's 18th birthday celebration special by allowing us to check-in a little earlier. I would stay here again and again.
