I gotta say, I was really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, way bigger than your average Japanese hotel room. The location was also great, with a mall and food court right next door. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, especially at the front desk where they spoke English really well.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, especially in terms of variety.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a clean and luxurious bathroom with a luxurious bath tub. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, as it was right next to the AEON shopping mall and Shin Chitose train station.

As adventurous travelers, we loved the modern design and cleanliness of the Ana Crowne Plaza Chitose hotel. The spacious rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. The hotel's proximity to a mall, food court, and Family Mart made it convenient for grabbing a quick bite or picking up any necessities. We also enjoyed the five restaurants available within the hotel, where each meal we had was absolutely delicious.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the airport, which was very convenient for our early morning flight. Additionally, the hotel had a nice buffet spread for both dinner and breakfast, with a variety of Hokkaido specialties.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel conveniently located in Chitose. It was my second time staying at this hotel, which speaks a lot of its quality. The Premier room in the new wing was amazing, with a large bathroom and a spacious shower area. The service was excellent, and the hotel showcased authentic Japanese hospitality. Despite a minor drawback of the location being a bit far from Chitose station, around a 10-15 minute walk, the clean and comfortable room made up for it. The hotel also had a Family Mart inside, which was very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

I had a fantastic experience at a modern hotel in central Hokkaido. The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the price was very reasonable. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and efficient during check-in, even bringing out items I had shipped to the hotel. They also offered me a room upgrade and welcome amenities for being an IHG platinum member. The executive room on the top floor had a great view of Chitose and was equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a JBL speaker and plenty of power outlets. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the JR Chitose Station and several restaurants, with a shopping mall right across the street. my stay exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend this hotel for exploring central Hokkaido.

What a pleasant surprise! I stayed in the newer wing of the hotel and was amazed at the spaciousness and modern European style of the room. The bed was comfortable, and the PJs were a nice touch. The bathroom was big and had separate shower and bathtub enclosures. The hotel even had a free bus to the airport, which came in handy. I had a happy stay and would recommend this hotel.
