Cons": The hotel breakfast menu could have been better with more variety of options.

Great location, very close to the subway station and within walking distance of the Shinkansen train station. Nice view from the hotel, especially if you book a room on the top levels. Good infrastructure, with shops, restaurants, and a fitness center available.

The room temperature was a problem, as the thermostat did not have an option for air conditioning. the solution provided by the hotel staff, propping open the emergency door, was not ideal and resulted in noise and discomfort.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Kobe for a business trip and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The hotel is conveniently located next to Shin Kobe station, making it easy to access. The rooms are incredibly spacious, especially by Japanese standards, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, with both international and Japanese choices available.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Kobe for a week for a conference at the Kobe Arts Centre. The hotel's perfect location allowed me to easily access the Shinkansen and Subway. The view from my room was breathtaking, and I loved that Mount Maya was right in the hotel's backyard. The basement supermarket and the variety of restaurants in the lower floors made dining convenient. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced, and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot and spacious sauna. The polite and friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The hotel offers stunning mountain and sea views. It has convenient access to Shin Osaka Station. There are multiple restaurant options on-site, and a 7/11 and supermarket in the lobby.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, including a spacious lobby and a luggage storage facility. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the city. The hotel is also close to popular attractions like Kitano-cho and the Herb Garden ropeway.

Great location near the train station and convenient for exploring the city. the staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to assist me when there was an issue with my reservation. the breakfast staff provided excellent service.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not effective, leading to it being overly warm. the breakfast menu primarily consisted of Japanese food, which may not be ideal for foreigners who prefer international dishes.

Furthermore, the location of the hotel was ideal, with a short 15-minute walk to the downtown core. It was easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at the hotel. our experience at the Ana Crowne Plaza Kobe was wonderful and we highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, right beside the Shin-Kobe train station, making it easy to travel with our luggage and explore other cities in the Kansai, Hyogo, and Kyushu regions. The hotel's customer service was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The superior double rooms were incredibly spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were modern and in great condition. We appreciated the variety of restaurants within the hotel building, catering to different tastes and budgets. A standout feature was the South Elevator, which provided a panoramic view as it ascended to the restaurant area.
