We had a fantastic time at the Ana Intercontinental. The poolside seating was limited, but the beach obstacle course for kids was a hit. The restaurants offered a good range of food, and the staff was friendly and prompt. We also appreciated the valet parking system and the organized check-out process. we highly recommend this hotel.

The architecture design is stunning and the views of the bay are breathtaking. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The complimentary mobile phone was a nice touch. The beach and water sport options were a highlight. The breakfast had a lot of options and the bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The resort hotel has everything you might need, including shuttle buses and a nearby convenience store. The breakfast buffet offers delicious omelets and a variety of other options. The beach activities are affordable and there are packages available for discounted prices. The hot bath in the basement of the hotel is a big bonus and provides splendid views. It's a great base for exploring northern Okinawa.

The hotel's private beach has incredibly clear water, perfect for snorkeling and parasailing. The staff is fantastic and treat you like royalty. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and excellent views. The hotel is located in a convenient area, with restaurants and a convenience store nearby.

As a couple, we loved the outstanding customer service from every staff member we encountered. The front desk staff on the lobby floor were extremely kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beach staff was also amazing, especially the older Japanese guy who drove the Jet Ski and wakeboard, providing an amazing water experience for our teenagers. The private beach was gorgeous, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a beautiful view from the Aqua Belle terrace seats. The hotel also offered shuttle service between the main gate and the lobby, making it convenient for us to explore the area. We were impressed by the proactive and friendly nature of the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The variety of breakfast options, including both Western and Japanese styles, was a nice touch, and the beach being within walking distance with breathtaking views was a definite highlight. we would love to book this hotel again on our next visit to Okinawa.

Felt almost like being at home, with no reason to complain.

The bed was super comfy and the staff was really friendly and helpful. We got some free goodies in our room, which made our romantic escape even better. We were close to some great restaurants and shops, and we could easily drive to do some sightseeing. Plus, the beach was amazing!

We also wish there were more activities to do on-site, as we didn't have much time to leave the hotel.

We stayed at the lovely Intercontinental for a week in mid-November. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make us happy. The hotel grounds are big and beautiful, with an amazing private beach that has the bluest clear water. The beds were comfortable, and the view from our room was spectacular. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of food options and was absolutely delicious. Mr Castellano and Mr Ko provided exceptional service, ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had a public bath with a sauna, which was a great way to relax. We had the best time here and highly recommend this hotel!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Intercontinental in Okinawa! From the moment we arrived, the staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome. the dinner show was a highlight, with incredible performers showcasing Okinawa's heritage. We also had the best snorkeling experience ever, thanks to Jimi, who was not only professional but also fun and caring. the marine life we saw with him was unparalleled, making it a truly memorable experience. the spa massage was also top-notch, the best I've ever had. the hotel itself is beautiful, with spacious rooms and a magnificent location by the beach. the "club intercontinental" option provided access to a lovely lounge, and the public bath was a nice addition. With multiple restaurant options and even a mini submarine for reef exploration, there was plenty to keep us entertained. our expectations were exceeded in every way.
