From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff. the luxurious amenities in the room made us feel pampered and well taken care of. We enjoyed the spa and wellness centre which included a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. the massage we received at the spa was top-notch and left us feeling rejuvenated. the infinity pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided stunning views of the cityscape. the restaurant served special diet menus and the in-room breakfast was a delight.

The only minor issue we had was the location, as it was not easily accessible without a car. the hotel had private facilities including an outdoor swimming pool and hot spring bath that made up for it.

Christmas decorations and festive ambiance were charming. We enjoyed trying dishes that are different from our usual holiday food options. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they did their best to make our stay comfortable. the view was amazing, and we appreciated being away from the crowds.

The hotel was quite far from town, and the shuttle service was limited and not always convenient. some of the amenities in our room were not working correctly, and it took a while to get assistance.
