The hotel itself is clean and comfortable to stay. The Japanese style room is spacious and the futon and tatami are comfortable to sleep on. The daily cleaning service is detailed, and they provide all the necessary amenities like toothbrush, razor, towel, and cotton. The front staff is professional and accommodating, allowing for early check-in. The location is a short walk from Susukino station and there are three convenient stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's just a short walk from the Susukino subway station, making it convenient for getting around the city. It's also close to the Tanuki shopping street, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. If you're a shopping enthusiast, this is the place to be. Additionally, the hotel is not too far from the famous Odori Park, which is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The staff's communication skills leave much to be desired. They struggle with English and don't provide proper directions or assistance when asked.

The room size was ample for our group of 5, with provided amenities like heaters, air conditioning, kettle, and fridge. The different towel designs made it easy to recognize our own. The hotel's location near the Susukino subway station and tram stop was very convenient. We appreciated the provided toiletries for all of us.

The location is perfect for those wanting to experience the vibrant night life in Sapporo, as it is centrally located in the heart of Tanukikoji Shopping arcade. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with three beds and really decent bathrooms. Plus, having a balcony to rest and take in the city views is a bonus. Additionally, breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to your day.

All was well, couldn't have asked for more.

The room decor and carpeting looked old and stained, which gave a sense of uncleanliness. The bedding looked thin and uncomfortable, not very suitable for a good night's sleep.
