I had a wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. The beautiful property exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable experience. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The room decor was supremely luxurious, adding to the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the convenient location made it easy to explore and find great dining options nearby.

It would be beneficial for the hotel to redesign their menu and consider offering a buffet option for busy business travelers in the mornings. This would save time and provide more choices for guests.

During our stay, we had a fantastic experience. The location was ideal for exploring the local area and enjoying the beautiful rooftop dog park. The breakfast was delicious and the spa and pool were an added bonus. Our luxurious room was spacious with a stunning view, and the bathroom was immaculate. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, and the facilities were all top-notch.

It was unfortunate that some staff members were not consistent with their knowledge and the rules weren't enforced uniformly.

We had the most amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. They promptly responded to all our requests and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the rooms were beautifully decorated with luxurious furnishings. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location was perfect, offering convenient access to transportation and nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the staff members were always professional and attentive.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this 5-star hotel. The beautiful property, luxurious decor, and prime location exceeded all of our expectations. Everything, from the stylish rooms to the impeccable cleanliness, was beautifully situated and thoughtfully designed. We also appreciated the helpful and kind room service staff who made our stay even more delightful.

We did find a couple of pubic hairs in the tub and a wad of chewed up gum in the ice bucket, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, we had a fantastic experience and we'll definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were outstanding. The service we received was exceptional, with all of our needs being met. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, providing amazing body scrubs and massages. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, with beach umbrellas available and a shallow end for those not wanting to swim as much.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room breakfast. We found that the menu was limited and didn't quite meet our expectations. However, this was just a minor setback for an otherwise amazing stay.

The hotel is a fantastic choice for a Thanksgiving break. The food is delicious and the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay cozy. In addition, the key location offered great proximity to attractions. Lastly, we appreciated the extra touches such as complementary WiFi and turndown service.

The lighting was slightly confusing and difficult to navigate. It would have been helpful to have a clear guide on how to control it, as well as an option to turn off all lights from the bed.
