I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its great location. It is within walking distance to the train station and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I was also pleased to find that the hotel provided small bottles of mineral water and a kettle in the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not provide any English explanations about the facilities or check-out times.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. They even provided a free shuttle service, which made it super easy to get in and out of the hotel with my luggage. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family of four. We really appreciate the room wear provided too. The view from the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, and the food was delicious. I also loved the variety of food options available for breakfast. this hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly luxurious.

I highly recommend this hotel to families.

Spent xmas at a hotel in Asahikawa and it was a lovely experience. the location was very convenient and easy to find. the free wifi made it easy for me to communicate with my friends and family back home. the spa was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

The staff were not very friendly or accommodating. I had some trouble at check-in and they were not very helpful.
