Had an amazing stay with prompt pick, up from the train station. the facility offered unlimited snacks and alcohol, a variety of local drinks, and a 9, course dinner. the private onsen and the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji were highlights.

There were issues with the bedroom lighting and Wi, Fi. the meals were inconsistent, and some staff members lacked professionalism. the building layout was confusing, and cockroaches were spotted near the public onsen.

There weren't many attractions or facilities nearby, but this was a minor issue compared to all the luxurious benefits this hotel had to offer.

This hotel was a luxurious retreat! the room was absolutely stunning, with exclusive amenities like a private balcony that overlooked the lush garden area. the spa & wellness centre was perfect for pampering, and the outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing place to relax. the restaurant had an extensive menu, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for enjoying a drink.

That the hotel's location was quite remote, with not much to do in the surrounding area. this was made up for by the variety of activities on offer within the hotel, such as cultural workshops and food tastings, which gave us an insight into the local life.

The surroundings were too quiet, with very little to explore outside of the hotel location - I was left wandering around with nothing to do. I found the prices of certain amenities quite expensive, which wasn't ideal.

Spent Christmas at a beautiful traditional Japanese hotel. the staff were incredible, warm and helpful. We enjoyed a mouth-watering dinner served in our room, and a private onsen with perfect temperature. the best part was waking up to a breathtaking view of the nearby snowy mountain, and indulging in delicious breakfast. the hotel offered engaging cultural activities and amazing facilities like natural water from their source.

The location with limited activities nearby, but it was a good opportunity for us to unwind and enjoy the hotel's facilities. the price was a tad high, but it was well worth it for an unforgettable Christmas experience.
