I was disappointed to find the jacuzzi not working during my anniversary stay at Holiday Inn Express. the noise from the elevator and non-functional amenities were a letdown. However, the spacious room and comfy bed were a saving grace. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They fulfilled my request for extra sheets and pillows quickly and without hesitation. The room was very nice and spacious, perfect for my family of 6. They even had two cribs ready for my twins. The location was quiet and convenient for my weekend activities.

It was great to have a movie theater and a trampoline place for the kids in the vicinity as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and everything seemed new. Another positive aspect was the decently sized pool, although it had a strong chlorine smell, the kids still had a great time.

One major drawback was the misleading room descriptions. We had paid extra for a double queen suite, expecting a separate area for more privacy, but it turned out to be just a basic studio with two queen beds and a sofa bed.
