The Best Hotel in our recent stay was truly exceptional! the staff were fluent in English, highly attentive, and eager to tend to our needs. They were available 24 hours a day and went above and beyond to accommodate us. the location near the Shin-Okubo subway station was very convenient, just a short walk away. the facilities were complete with all the amenities we needed, such as slippers and a hair dryer. We were particularly impressed by the delicious food and fabulous Onsen. the scenery was beautiful and it was a refreshing escape from the city. It's worth mentioning that the mixed bathing was perfect and, surprisingly, the place is even tattoo-friendly.

the staff were friendly and spoke English, and they were quick to respond to our request for extra pillows. They also provided all the necessary bath stuff. the front desk is open 24 hours, so check-in was hassle-free even when we arrived late. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were given upon request. the location was fantastic - just a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku station with plenty of restaurants nearby. There was also a coin laundry just a 2-minute walk away. the best part was that the toilet, shower, and sink were all separated, making it convenient for two people to get ready at the same time. it was a great hotel with excellent service.

Best Aspect: the staff was available 24 hours a day and incredibly helpful. the location was convenient, with both the JR station and subway station within walking distance. There were also plenty of businesses nearby that stayed open late.

Worst Aspect:. the lack of wifi in the rooms was disappointing.

The room is spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all necessary toiletries provided. the location and amenities of the hotel make it a great choice for a family vacation.

The WiFi at the hotel can be inconsistent, sometimes requiring guests to reconnect to a different router.

Best Hotel had a great location in bustling Shinjuku. the check-in process was quick and efficient. One unique feature was the separate toilet bowl, allowing for convenience and flexibility. the room, although small, had everything we needed and was consistently cleaned by the friendly staff. the bath and shower were excellent, and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the lively atmosphere of Shinjuku. the value for the price was exceptional, and we were impressed by the old man at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate our extension request without changing rooms.

Absolutely loved my weekend stay at this hotel! the room was incredibly clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with easy access to Shinjuku and the Shin, Okubo train station. Plus, the price was budget, friendly, making it a great choice for cost, conscious travelers like myself.

The only downside was that the bed was a little uncomfortable, but it wasn't a major issue. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
